Steal Back Your Vote

Amidst the mudslinging that typifies election cycles here in the United States is the charge levied by political parties that their opponents are stacking the deck. Who is eligible to vote, and in what district, determines the outcome of elections, so voter registration is a highly politicized arena where contenders vie for the best opportunity for their side. Strategies involve redrawing district lines, regulating who is eligible to vote, deciding when polls are open and what technologies are used in voting, and so on. Lately, these manipulations have risen again and again.
A new comic book voters’ guide by Greg Palast and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. seeks to raise awareness about gerrymandering, and how to ensure you’re able to vote, if you’re so inclined. The book is called Steal Back Your Vote, and for a donation of any size, you can download it today. Print copies are also available, and they apparently have a film on the way as well.
